A glass dome surrounds the observatory. There is a metal door that leads out to a bridge of metal surrounding the glass all the way around. The railing is set up at the edge of the metal bridge to keep people from falling.

Archangel Corporation
No one is entirely sure what goes on here, and most don't particularly care to find out. They get a bad vibe from it, so they just stay away. In truth, it is the Dark Angel and his followers who reside here. They go under the cover of an office of some sort, but its all evil, corrupted, or imprisoned mutants on the inside.
